Return Policy

1. Return Policy for Blank-Firing & Replica Weapons

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact our customer service team to obtain one before returning an item.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment for a full refund – no questions asked!
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used or opened items.
  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Contact customer service to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Pack the Item Securely: Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
  3. Use a Trackable Shipping Method: Returns must be sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Return Policy for Firearms

  • Firearms can only be returned if they have NOT been picked up from your designated FFL dealer.
  • Once the firearm is transferred to you, it is no longer eligible for return.
  • Before completing your FFL transfer, carefully inspect your firearm. If you detect any defect or issue, do not accept the transfer and contact us immediately for further instructions.
  • If you refuse a transfer due to a defect, we will arrange for a return and offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or altered apparel (including items with removed tags).
  • Underwear & face coverings (face masks, neck gaiters, earplugs, and shemaghs) due to health regulations.
  • Ammunition – All ammo sales are final due to safety regulations.
  • 80% lower receivers, frames, and kits.
  • Chemicals and hazardous materials, including primers and certain liquids.
  • Footwear – Must be returned in the original shoe box, which cannot be used as the shipping box.

Optics Return Policy

  • Primary Arms Optics are covered by our 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your Primary Arms optic, you may return it within 90 days for a refund or store credit.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is undeliverable and returned to us, we will refund the product price only – shipping charges are non-refundable.
